So i Started with making a little sketch about how the head should look like. The reason i only sketched the head and shoulders is because the head was the most importand and creative part of the drawing.
Then i started making the sketch for the actual drawing. I usually like to spend a decent amount of time on my sketches because then i know that i can work on the sketch without having to be worried about things that still need improvement. Also making everything in the right proportions is very important especially for this bodytype.
Then i filled in the outlines with a base collor and replaced the sketch-outlines with some better fitting ones.
(sorry for this big leap in the drawing) Then i went ahead and began making the finalised drawing. I started working on the shadows first. After that, i used an overlay layer to make certain parts of the body slightly more green so that it would pop-out more. Then i started adding some foliage to the (mostly) upper part of the body. And lastly(for the figure), i added the orange highlights which help pop out the figure even more. after that i started working on the background. which i basically separated into 3 layers and added up from there, making the layers that are further away a little darker than the last one. I also added some trees in the background to fill up the rest of empty space.
